Must be a property we wouldn't mind owning ourselves in the Waterville Winslow area
65-70% LTV
1st mortgage only
Borrower with good track record (and decent credit report)
10% minimum interest rate
1-3 points depending on length of term and perceived risk
Lender is named insured on HO policy
Appraisal must be completed at expense of borrower
Title search and title insurance at expense of borrower
Borrower pays all fees
Borrower personal guarantee
